Flow-er is an artist based in Besançon, France. He creates music that blurs the lines between Neo-Soul, House, Acid Jazz, Hip-Hop, and so much more. Inspired by artists as diverse as Flying Lotus, Dam-Funk, and the pure sound of analog synths, Flow-er is all about building huge textures and lush soundscapes with his music.

Recently, he announced the release of a brand new EP, Hanging Garden, which will be published on the 20th of March, 2020.

The first thing that you might notice about the EP is certainly the artist’s remarkable capability to endow his work with personality and energy, and the flow of this release is absolutely groundbreaking. 

On the songs, each melodic line cuts through the mix, not only in terms of sound, but also in terms of meaning and attitude. The production feels personal and relatable, and it is refreshingly far removed from the usual cliches of the genre.
